I read a book today. The book name is " THOMAS EDISON". The book is write about Thomas Edison. I know a edison but I don't know edison well. Because, I want to read the book to understand him more. He is great inventer, he invented more than thousand different things. The most well-known among them are the electric light sound recording and moving pictures. Edison was born in the USA in 1847. He read a lot of books to learn a lot of things when he was child. He has a lot of jobs in his life. I think that the experience helps his invented. Edison died in 1931. He was 84 years old but his inventions had changed the world. I show an attitude of thankfulness to him. If you interested in Edison, please you read this book.

Book Review 3 Caves

I read a book today. The book name is "Caves". The book explain about Caves. I went to caves in Okinawa when I was junior high school. The caves is to evacuate for air attack. Entering caves needs a torch because cave is dark. If you turn off the right, you can't see anything. I know that a person who goes into caves call caver.
caver use a lot tool to protect themselves. For example, a hard hat and boots. I also know how a cave is made. cave is takes a lot of time to made. Caves are made over thousands of years. I understand a lot of things about caves. I want to go caves again. If you interested in this book, you read it.

Health
Health is important to live better for our life. However, keeping health is very difficult. Then I tell you how to keep your health. First, you should sleep well. Sleeping is very important for your health. You should sleep 6~8 hours for a day. It is important to choose good bedclothes for your sleep. Second, you should eat a lot of kind of food. You should take 30 kind of food for a day. Then not only eat but also bite carefully. Biting make better brain function and make chin strong. Third, you should exercise moderately. Moring and evening are good condition for exercise. Last, you should release stress. Serious stress can cause a lot of disease. Therefore, you must not store much stress. If you do something to enjoy, you can release your stress. For example, hobby, run about with friend, take rest. If you practice these things, maybe you can save your health and can live better.
